13. Cleveland Browns

53. The Cleveland Browns certainly seem confident that DeShone Kizer can be their man of the future at quarterback. If that’s the case, then the job must continue for them in build up that offense. They made great headway on the offensive line though their window with Joe Thomas is shrinking fast. David Njoku upgrades their tight end position. So that leaves wide receiver as the biggest area in need of attention.
Make no mistake, it’s not a settled position. Corey Coleman hasn’t shown he can stay healthy for any length of time and Kenny Britt is a decent target at best. They still lack a go-to guy who can force defenses to adjust. That is where Courtland Sutton comes in. He brings that mixture of a 6’3″ frame combined with true vertical speed to be a threat at all levels of the field. He can change games by his mere presence.
. WR. SMU. Courtland Sutton . 13. player
