Cincinnati Bengals:  A.J. Green

Try. Just try and imagine how much more dominant A.J. Green would be with an elite quarterback. Understand he’s already a six-time Pro Bowler and isn’t even 30-years old yet. Andy Dalton has been the one primarily throwing him the football throughout that time. Last season marked the first time he failed to get 1,000 yards and that was because he missed six games with injury. He had over 900 anyway. The guy makes so many plays. It doesn’t matter who covers him.

It would’ve been nice to make Chad Johnson the pick here but the guy wasn’t dominant for long enough in Cincinnati and hurt his cause with some of the off-the-field problems he had later in his career. Green hasn’t had any such issues and is even better as a player. He’ll need at least two more seasons of his customary level of production before the voters start to get behind him. Winning a championship also wouldn’t hurt, but if anybody is going in it’s him.
