Green Bay Packers:  Aaron Rodgers

It would be all too appropriate that the next Green Bay Packers player to get in after Brett Favre is the man who forced him out of town in Aaron Rodgers. It’s possible Jerry Kramer or even Sterling Sharpe may finally get in at some point but the odds aren’t in their favor. Rodgers is the lone standout over the past decade that looks like his candidacy is all but assured. He’s still considered the best quarterback on the planet even during a run where Tom Brady is win two more Super Bowls.

It’s hard to argue that though. Rodgers is a two-time MVP with 297 career touchdown passes and just 72 interceptions. His efficiency and accuracy are almost superhuman at times. The Packers have made the playoffs eight-straight times with him under center. A feat even Favre himself wasn’t able to accomplish. Add in the 2010 Super Bowl victory and there isn’t much left for Rodgers to do. It’s all about building on the legacy at this point.
