The offseason question mill continues with a division that holds the Super Bowl champions, a surprising Wild Card team in 2016, a team with the start of a new era, and a team with the makings of a complete rebuild: the AFC East.

Since 2001, the AFC East has been center stage for the New England Patriots to reign supreme. In those 16 seasons, the Patriots have walked away as division champions on 14 different occasions.

Entering the 2017 season, they are once again the runaway favorites to not only win the division but have their faces back in the Super Bowl once again. After a historic Super Bowl comeback and an active offseason, the Patriots are stacked.

A young bunch in the Miami will attempt to debunk the steady trend of New England’s superiority, but that will also be an incredibly challenging task for the team out of South Beach. Even after going 10-6 last season and a surprising playoff berth.

For the New York Jets, it’s simple. The hard hats are worn as the team undergoes considerable reconstruction to their roster after a terrible 5-11 season in which the wheels fell off. Familiar veteran faces are no longer around, and it may take a few seasons to be back at a contending level.

The Buffalo Bills have a nice amount of talent, and the team thought that a change at head coach might do the trick to get the team back to the playoffs. Somewhere they have not been since 1999. Here are the offseason questions for the AFC East.
