51. Wade Phillips is a great defensive coordinator who has crafted some of the best units this league has seen in the past decade. His 2015 Broncos group may have been his masterpiece. No doubt he wishes to duplicate that success for the Rams. A big key for that to happen is fortifying the secondary. Most notably with a playmaker or two at safety. Similar to what he had with Darian Stewart and T.J. Ward in Denver. Luckily the 2018 class is ready and able to help. <p>Derwin James is the hot name going into this college season. Rightfully so. Florida State is an absolute factory of complete defensive backs and he’s the latest in a line that dates back to Deion Sanders. He did suffer a knee injury last season but that hasn’t cooled his stock too much.
