NFL Power Rankings: Quarterbacks Post-NFL Draft
After a standout season at the helm of the Redskin offense, Cousins is set to regress. Although Terrelle Pryor came over from Cleveland, both DeSean Jackson and Pierre Garçon skipped town, leaving Jamison Crowder as the second starting wideout. Jordan Reed stuck around too, but he misses a bunch of games each season due to injury, making his value to Cousins less than it should be. If Pryor turns out to be a star, Cousins could produce as he did last season. However, its more likely that he needs time to attempt to develop rapport with Pryor.
After a heck of a coming out party last season, the Titans had their playoff aspirations quelled when Marcus Mariota fractured his leg in the season’s latter stages. The team finished at 9-7 and narrowly missed the playoffs due to a tiebreaker with the Houston Texans. The Titans took Western Michigan receiver Corey Davis fifth overall to give Mariota a weapon across from Rishard Mathews. Delanie Walker is still the game-changing tight end that has acted as Mariota’s security blanket for his career thus far. The running game is still as formidable as it gets with DeMarco Murray and Derrick Henry handling the rock. Mariota breaks into the top half at number fifteen with top-ten upside. Tennessee has a real shot to win ten or more games this year.
