NFL Power Rankings: Quarterbacks Post-NFL Draft
After Teddy Bridgewater went down last preseason, the Vikings sacrificed a first round draft pick to acquire Bradford from the Eagles. They started off hot but ended up missing the playoffs. Bradford doesn’t have much of a line in front of him and Latavius Murray won’t exactly be a game changer. However, Bradford is dangerous because he doesn’t attempt to play beyond his limitations. Stefon Diggs will work as a first option and gives Bradford something to work with. Expect Bradford to be effective but not eye-opening.
Palmer has visibly declined in recent years. He was once one of the league’s best signal-callers but his age and array of injuries have changed things in the desert. Palmer will be more than adequate should he round into form, as he still has some elite weapons in David Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald. However, he could digress further and throw the Cardinals out of playoff contention once again. He’s now a lower-tier NFL quarterback with weapons to keep him afloat.
