. . Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Jameis Winston. 8. player. 48

As if having a top-five target in Mike Evans wasn’t enough, Tampa Bay added DeSean Jackson and O.J. Howard into their high-octane offense. They were inches from a playoff berth at 9-7 last season and will almost undoubtedly improve that record with these dynamic weapons. Winston showed vast improvement last season and a ton of promise for the future. Giving him a speedster and a potential game-changing tight end is just icing on the cake.

123. . . Dallas Cowboys. Dak Prescott. 7. player

Dak went above and beyond the call of duty when Tony Romo went down. Prescott and fellow rookie Ezekiel Elliot led the Cowboys to the playoffs and looked destined to reach the Super Bowl. However, the Packers rose to the occasion and put those aspirations to bed in the divisional round. This year, the Cowboys have high expectations, as they should, but Dak and Zeke might regress slightly in their sophomore seasons. Playoffs are all but a guarantee but they’ll have to fight like hell to go farther than last year.
