player. 87. . . Carolina Panthers. Cam Newton. 12
After winning the 2015 NFL MVP and reaching the Super Bowl in the same year, the entire Panthers team regressed to a mediocre 6-10 record. Super Cam doesn’t have Ted Ginn Jr. anymore, leaving Devin Funchess as an uninspiring third option behind Kelvin Benjamin and Greg Olsen. Newton is so talented but doesn’t have enough to work with to crack the top-ten.
. Los Angeles Chargers. Philip Rivers. 11. player. 13.
Rivers is on the decline and the now-Los Angeles Chargers need to do what they can to compete now. Keenan Allen is now healthy and they drafted Clemson wideout Mike Williams seventh overall. There are a bunch of mouths to feed in this offense Rivers is more than capable of spreading the wealth. His weapons are enticing and he is more than skilled enough to make this offense a formidable one in 2017.
