Dak Prescott

It wouldn’t shock me to see Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott on the cover of Madden 18 together, but for this purpose, let’s focus on one player at a time.

An underdog in every sense of the word, Dak Prescott was the consolation prize for Jerry Jones in the 2016 draft after missing Paxton Lynch. When Tony Romo went down with a back injury Prescott stepped in and didn’t miss a beat.

Prescott finished second among rookie quarterbacks in passing yards behind Carson Wentz, while leading the class in passing touchdowns.

Ezekiel Elliott

Prescott may have won Rookie of the Year, but he made sure his running back Zeke got to join him on stage. Elliott led the NFL in rushing yards as a rookie, joining 13 other rookie backs who completed the same feat

Outside of the stats, Zeke is a compelling player who took the league by storm. His personality is infectious, and the league will promote players like Elliott and Prescott as often as they can.
