3. Josh Rosen (QB – UCLA)

In the regular-season finale for USC, Sam Darnold and the Trojans will take on the UCLA Bruins. UCLA is led by Josh Rosen, another Pac-12 quarterback who is in the running for the number one overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft.

The biggest red flag for Rosen is the shoulder injury that required surgery and limited him to just six games in 2016. In 2015 however, Rosen played like a top pick. His arm talent prior to the injury was among the best in college football and allowed him to make throws most quarterbacks wouldn’t even think about making. If the zip is still there, Rosen will hear his name called very early in the draft.

Jim Mora is the only head coach Rosen has had at UCLA, but he’s already on his third offensive coordinator in three seasons. Jedd Fisch will be calling the shots this year and brings 12 years of NFL experience to Los Angeles. Under the guidance of Fisch, Rosen should take the next step in his development and possibly elevate his stock to the top of the 2018 NFL Draft.
