Offensive Guard/Center:

Forrest Lamp (Western Kentucky) – There is no more technically sound offensive lineman in this draft class. That is from the mouths of several prominent experts. Lamp is a plug-and-play starter who seems like the ideal fit for guard or center in the NFL. His fundamentals and power allow him to virtually stonewall pass rushers in a phone booth and yet he retains enough athleticism to stay at tackle despite serious length concerns.

Pat Elflein (Ohio State) – He is the best pure center in the draft and proved it at Ohio State. Elflein has the required intelligence and awareness, can move well in space and comes with a degree of toughness and nasty that adds some edge to his game. He’ll be a big help to the ground attack and has the tools to do just fine in pass protection. While not quite elite in terms of his mobility or length, the man will end up being a starter for 7-10 years in the NFL.
