Running Back. Florida State. Dalvin Cook. 29. player. 49. Normally the Packers don’t go for those splashy picks. This would be one of this picks and I think it’s one that they have to make. Dalvin Cook would be an upgrade to anything the Packers have in the backfield. Ty Montgomery and Christine Michael are still trying to figure things out as running backs. Cook could come in start right away.
There’s some concern with Cook’s shoulder injuries and character off the field but when he’s on the field, he’s a fun player to watch. He’s electric in the open field and has the strength to power through any type of arm tackles. He’s always chopping his feet and has the proper balance you’d want to see from a starting running back.

Adding Cook into the mix with Aaron Rodgers could make them an intriguing duo in the NFC North. This offense adds a much needed piece to their arsenal.
