23. player. 31. Finding some help at linebacker is definitely at play for the New York Giants. However, with their offensive line having inconsistent play from Ereck Flowers, they should look to upgrade. Ryan Ramczyk is a technically sound offensive tackle who can play both left and right tackle. He displays a good base in pass protection with a smooth slide step and good hand placement. He runs low and stays square when approaching the second level. Health is the biggest concern with him but he seems to finally be recovering well from his hip surgery.
Adding D.J. Fluker is an adequate signing for the Giants but he’s more of a guard than a right tackle. Eli Manning was only sacked 22 times last year but the Giants were one of the worst rushing teams in the league last year.

On 398 carries, the Giants only gained 1,412 yards on the ground and had six touchdowns. Adding a player like Ramczyk can help improve that and could potentially give the Giants one of the better offensive line units in the NFL, especially if Flowers can find ways to improve.
.
