16. player. 26. Making a case for a playmaker on offense seems reasonable. Hear me out before you bash me for this selection. The Ravens have a need at right tackle and Garett Bolles could make that transition nicely. He’s the most athletically gifted tackle in this class and could be a fit for what the Ravens are looking to accomplish on offense.

Whatever is decided, keeping that quarterback upright should be one of the goals on offense. Bolles plays with a chip on his shoulder and while he only scored a 9 on his Wonderlic test, he gets football and is a better pass blocker than run blocker. Finding a proper replacement for Rick Wagner seems applicable at this position in the draft.

Being drafted by the Ravens would allow Bolles to start right away at right tackle. When the season begins, Bolles will be 25 years of age but he’s got the upside to succeed quickly in the NFL. Some would consider him the most pro-ready tackle in the draft. He’s my second ranked tackle (behind Cam Robinson) but I can see why people like Bolles. He’s versatile, athletic and mean (as stated before). This will continue the success on the ground and should carry over to the passing game. He’s very comparable to Nate Solder of the New England Patriots and I think his upside is high, although limited.
