15. They’ve put it off for long enough. The Saints badly need a quarterback they can mold behind Drew Brees. Davis Webb is a big, strong-armed kid from Cal who is the son of a coach. Thankfully they land someone in Carl Lawson who can fill that void. Don’t be fooled by his shorter stature, he brings power and more than a little bite off the edge to create pressure.

When Jordan Leggett was motivated, his mix of size, speed and soft hands made for a murderous target over the middle. Especially in the big games.. TE

15. New Orleans has never feared employing the undersized running backs when it’s clear they have diverse skill sets to employ. Donnel Pumphrey is one such type. OG. Michigan. Kyle Kalis . 229. player. 15. Depth along the offensive line is never a bad idea. Brees isn’t getting any younger and needs all the security possible. Kyle Kalis isn’t the best athlete for a guard but he makes up for it with flawless technique and toughness. If he’s not asked to move too much, he can be a reliable blocker.
