Cincinnati Bengals. 11. player. 56. After trading down with the Saints here in the first round, the Bengals still get the defensive end they covet in the ferocious Derek Barnett, who was one of the most productive pass rushers in Tennessee history. Barnett brings a presence off the edge for the Bengals that is desperately needed.. Derek Barnett, DE. Tennessee

Corey Davis, WR. Western Michigan. Tennessee Titans. 12. player. 35. After moving out of the top five, the Titans still end up getting the top receiver in this year’s draft. Despite some injury issues preventing him from working out prior to the draft, Davis has explosive playmaking ability and would be a great fit to be Marcus Mariota’s new no. 1 receiver.

Arizona Cardinals. 13. player. 32. The Arizona Cardinals won’t have Larry Fitzgerald much longer, and Michael Floyd was waived during the season last year. The wide receiver position is one of need for this Cardinals team, and Williams is a big play receiver who knows how to use his body to make tough, contested catches.. Mike Williams, WR. Clemson

Philadelphia Eagles. 14. player. 54. There have been rumors about the Eagles wanting Christian McCaffrey in the first round, but I think they’d be more than happy to settle for Fournette, who might be the best offensive player in this year’s draft class. Fournette would be the perfect player to help take pressure off of Carson Wentz.. Leonard Fournette, RB. LSU

15. player. 46. Despite re-signing Jack Doyle this past offseason, the last couple of offseasons have made it clear that the Colts are in the market for someone new at the tight end position. While Doyle is a nice ‘move’ tight end, O.J. Howard is the best in-line tight end prospect I can ever remember scouting. Positional bias may cause him to be drafted lower than he should be, but the Colts wouldn’t mind having this valuable weapon for Andrew Luck.. O.J. Howard, TE. Alabama. Indianapolis Colts

Forrest Lamp, OL. Western Kentucky. Baltimore Ravens. 16. player. 26. One year after taking Ronnie Stanley to be the team’s franchise left tackle, the Ravens have the opportunity to upgrade either left guard or right tackle by drafting Forrest Lamp, who is perhaps the best overall lineman in this year’s class offensively. Lamp was a model of consistency at left tackle for Western Kentucky, but scouts feel like he has plenty of positional versatility at the next level.

player. 36. TRADE: The Seahawks trade pick no. 26 along with picks 90 and 106 to the Titans in exchange for picks 18 and 124. The Titans continue to pile up draft picks while the Seahawks trade a couple of their extra assets in the third round to go up and get the best left tackle in this year’s draft — Garett Bolles. Bolles’ toughness and athleticism would be welcome additions in Seattle.. Garett Bolles, OT. Utah. Seattle Seahawks. 18

player. 48. The Buccaneers are a team that I think we could see trade up or down in this year’s draft, because I just don’t know what position to slot here. Ultimately, I chose the ultra-athletic David Njoku out of Miami, a player who is still young and raw but will get a lot of favorable matchups playing with Mike Evans and DeSean Jackson.. David Njoku, TE. Miami. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 19

Houston Texans. 20. player. 10. TRADE: The Houston Texans trade picks no. 25 and 89 to the Denver Broncos for pick no. 20 overall to select the Heisman runner-up and National Champion DeShaun Watson. After the failed Brock Osweiler experiment, the Texans need to get this right and get the most pro-ready QB in this year’s draft. Because of his play against the best of the best, I think Watson is that guy and could step in and start for a very good Houston team.. DeShaun Watson, QB. Clemson
