Gareon Conley. 18. player. 35. With a No. 1 wide receiver in tow, the Titans turn their attention to the defense and pick up an immediate starter at cornerback, a position where they struggled mightily in 2016. While college teammate Marshon Lattimore has been getting all the hype, Conley is arguably just as good, if not better, of a cornerback at this point in time. Lattimore is more highly regarded as a prospect due to his massive ceiling, but Conley is a safer gamble and has more than enough talent to turn into a true No. 1 corner. With Logan Ryan and Johnathan Cyprien added in the offseason, drafting Conley would completely overhaul the Titans’ secondary and make them an AFC South favorite heading into 2017.. CB. Ohio State
