Third Quarter

Week 9 – Tampa Bay Buccaneers at New Orleans Saints

The young gun vs. the old gun. Jameis Winston hopes to get his first crack at the playoffs with his Buccaneers while Drew Brees is trying to make one last run with New Orleans before his aging body can’t take the hits anymore. Situations like this usually produce must-see TV.

Week 10 – New England Patriots at Denver Broncos

One of the best rivalries in the AFC that has been going for almost 20+ years. Sure the zest of Manning-Brady isn’t there anymore but the Broncos still have a great defense and present plenty of challenges for the Patriots, especially in Denver where they’ve struggled to win.

Week 11 – Dallas Cowboys at Philadelphia Eagles

It was and remains the heated and competitive rivalry it always has. The Cowboys and Eagles split their games last season and this one figures to get even more interesting as the two young QBs Dak Prescott and Carson Wentz continue to mature.

Week 12 – Green Bay Packers at Pittsburgh Steelers

Two cities that fancy themselves “Titletown.” The Packers and Steelers don’t meet often but when they do it tends to create some memorable fireworks. Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger. Two loaded offenses. Points should be expected. Lots and lots of points.
