19. player. 48. Mike Evans is a beast. There is no debating that anymore. It doesn’t seem to matter if he’s well-covered or even double covered. He’ll still make big catches. Even so, he’s just one man. This is a team sport and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers can’t reach their full potential on offense until Jameis Winston has other options besides Evans. Another receiver on the field that forces defenses to adjust would be a huge turning point.

Corey Davis could be a #1 target in his own right but he’d be the absolute ideal #2. He’s got a healthy mix of size, strength, speed and route running skill. Week after week it didn’t seem to matter who the QB was or the defense he was facing. He’d get his catches and his yards. That level of consistency is what NFL teams search for. Pairing him with Evan would be downright unfair as Winston continues to grow.
. WR. Western Michigan. Corey Davis
