15. The pull to take a quarterback will be strong for the New Orleans Saints at this pick. After all Drew Brees doesn’t have much time left. They can’t expect him to go on forever. At the same time, it’s precisely that same reason they may feel compelled to wait. It’s possible 2017 might be their last, best chance to make a run at a Super Bowl. Shouldn’t they do everything in their power to load up the roster in order to help him? <p>Nowhere is that clearer than on defense. The team has searched far and wide trying to find a second pass rusher to compliment Cameron Jordan. Thus far they haven’t succeeded. Sheldon Rankins may come around this year but he’s an interior guy. Taco Charlton gives them that opposite edge presence. The lengthy and strong defensive end features deceptive athleticism that really began to mature in 2016 for Michigan. His best days are clearly ahead of him, and they should be bright.</p>. DE.
