DE. Tennessee. Derek Barnett . 28. player. 123. It really doesn’t matter where the Dallas Cowboys start. Their entire defense is in desperate need of help. Every position group suffered losses in free agency from defensive line to linebackers, cornerbacks and safeties. What makes it even scarier is the group wasn’t all that great to begin with. So it’s going to take a herculean effort by the front office to stockpile quality talents in the draft to counter those losses. <p>A great way for them to start is by finally fixing the position that keeps giving them trouble, which is the defensive end spot. Over and over they try to land that true pass rusher but keep missing with guys like Demarcus Lawrence, Randy Gregory and Greg Hardy. No doubt they were regretting their Demarcus Ware decision throughout that process. Luckily Derek Barnett brings loads of credibility with him from Tennessee where he stockpiled 33 sacks.</p>
