Garett Bolles . 23. player. 31. The New York Giants love to throw the football. That’s just a fact. Ben McAdoo wants to put the ball in the air and the fact the team just signed Brandon Marshall is further proof of it. Problem is it’s hard to execute a pass-first offense without adequate protection. New York struggled in that department last season with left tackle Ereck Flowers being a primary culprit. His inconsistencies haven’t gotten better since taking over that position. <p>Thus whispers have grown stronger that the Giants may eye up a replacement. Garett Bolles may be the hottest name. His athleticism, length and nastiness are all big check marks. The guy has very good feet and showcases premium pass protection ability. He’ll need to keep improving his strength though. Some are concerned about the fact he’ll be 25 this year, but the same problem was raised about Kyle Long in 2013. That didn’t seem to be an issue.</p>. OT. Utah
