13. Buffalo Bills (via ARI)

13. player. 16. Anybody who thinks that Sammy Watkins will finally shake his injury woes in 2017 is kidding themselves. It’s become painfully obvious the guy can’t stay healthy. Thus the Buffalo Bills have a decision to make, and it’s not multiple choice. They sorely need to add another weapon in the passing game if they’re going to help Tyrod Taylor. Ironically it ends up being another wide receiver from Clemson swooping in to the rescue.
Mike Williams is totally different from Watkins though. His game isn’t solely reliant on speed. He boasts big, long frame with strong hands and good quickness. He can beat jams off the line and is quite masterful at winning those 50/50 contested catches. Though not blazing fast he has enough speed to compliment his strongest traits. Basically quarterbacks can throw it up and let him go get it. May seem overly simple, but the guy just won a national title doing that.
. WR. Clemson. Mike Williams
