#4:  Jordan Howard

The guy has played one season and he’s already 4th on the list? Yes. Look this is not some sort of way to placate the modern, younger fans. Jordan Howard earned his way onto the list just from where he came from. A kid who lost his father to a terrible illness at a young age. He saw his first college football program actually disband. Then after transferring he dealt with some injury issues that hurt his draft stock, resulting in him being selected in the 5th round by Chicago in 2016.

After not playing almost at all in the first three games, he becomes the starter and still manages to make history by becoming one of the two rookies who finished a season leading the NFL in rushing. This led to a Pro Bowl nod. Think about that. The guy went from maybe never playing football again to a focal point of the Bears offense. If he continues to ascend as many predict he will, then his spot on this list will also rise. Howard made that good a first impression.
