Myles Garrett, Defensive End, Texas A&M

If you’ve read a 2017 NFL mock draft, you’re familiar with the projection of Myles Garrett to the Cleveland Browns.

Garrett is undoubtedly the top overall player in this draft, and after his showing at the 2017 NFL Scouting Combine, he left no question about it. The Browns are building a pretty formidable offensive and defensive front, and specifically on defense, we could see a pretty quick turnaround for one of the league’s worst teams.

After trading basically nothing to the New England Patriots to get Jamie Collins, the Browns get Garrett here and add him to a group up front that already includes former first rounder Danny Shelton, breakout rookie Emmanuel Ogbah, and some other high picks like Nate Orchard, Xavier Cooper, Carl Nassib, and Joe Schobert.

The Browns are seemingly only a quarterback away, and don’t be fooled…it’s probably not going to be Jimmy Garoppolo…
