The Buffalo Bills know they are in danger of letting their progress over the past few years slip away. That makes their upcoming 2017 NFL draft critical.

It won’t be easy. The team only has six picks at their disposal. So each one must be made to count. In such cases filling key needs will take priority but there is always a way to still get great talent even when that’s the case. It’s just a matter of playing to the strengths of the draft itself. That is what they do with this latest mock draft. Taking advantage of class depth, they are able to knock out several key positions with possible day one starters.

player. 16. Offensive line play is the key to everything. When a group of five can control the line of scrimmage, it’s so much easier to win football games. The Buffalo Bills know that in order to really help get things off the ground, it’s going to take serious additions up front. One spot that has continuously given them headaches is right tackle. Despite some rumors, the Alabama left tackle is still one of the best in the country. He’s big, powerful, long and moves well for his size. He’s a road grader in the running game and has the footwork to had NFL-caliber pass rushers. There are rumors of off-the-field concerns but recent reports hint teams aren’t overly worried about it. This could be an instant boost for the team where they need it most.</p>. OT. Alabama. Cam Robinson . 1
