31. Arizona Cardinals (via ATL)

32. Turns out the Cardinals plan to put those picks acquired in trades back to good use. In a deal with Atlanta they jump back into the bottom of the 1st round for another playmaker on offense. Keep in mind just how depleted their wide receiver situation looks. Larry Fitzgerald is nearing retirement. Michael Floyd is gone and John Brown can’t stay healthy. Who is going to be that go-to weapon for their next quarterback? They decide to seek out the answer.
Corey Davis still being available is a stroke of good fortune that Arizona takes full advantage of. The Western Michigan receiver was outstanding his final year of college. Not only big and strong, but also a solid route runner with better-than-average speed. It didn’t seem to matter who was covering him. He always found a way to get open and catch some footballs. This is somebody a passing game can be built around, and the Cardinals need him.
. WR.
