The options are either leaving or getting too old at this point. Baltimore is founded on great defense, and everything starts up front. Ozzie Newsome knows he has to keep that area strong if the team is going to remain a player in the AFC North. <p>Malik McDowell is going to look so tantalizing for them. He’s everything they could want in a 3-4 defensive end. Big and long enough to set the edge against the run but even more gifted as a natural pass rusher. Rare for that position. The tricky part for the Ravens will be whether or not they can keep him motivated. McDowell has questions of work ethic following him from college.
