35. This might be high for a safety, but the Titans need to take the best player on the board, and it just so happens to fill a need of theirs. Adams is one of the best all-around players in this year’s draft, and has the look of a 10-year starter in the NFL.. Jamal Adams, S. LSU. Tennessee Titans. 5. player

New York Jets. 6. player. 30. With the second tour of Revis Island officially ended in New York, the Jets need to begin the rebuilding process at cornerback. There aren’t many more impressive athletes at the cornerback position in this year’s draft than Lattimore, who has plenty of room to grow, but all the talent in the world.. Marshon Lattimore, CB. Ohio State

Ohio State. Los Angeles Chargers. 7. player. 13. The Chargers missed Eric Weddle on defense more than they realized this past season, as Weddle played like the top safety in the NFL out in Baltimore while San Diego struggled in the secondary. Malik Hooker is very young (just a RS Sophomore) but one of the best ballhawks at safety to come along in a long time.. Malik Hooker, S

Corey Davis, WR. Western Michigan. Carolina Panthers. 8. player. 87. Corey Davis has the ability to do a little bit of everything at the wide receiver position. He’s a big bodied guy with good enough speed to beat you deep, and t he savvy in his route running skills to win in the short and intermediate game. There aren’t many holes overall, if any, and Cam Newton would love being able to have him as an outlet.
