24. Oakland Raiders

Losing Derek Carr was the nail in the coffin for the Oakland Raiders in the playoffs, but before that it was their defense. In truth there are still a number of holes in that roster that teams continue to exploit. Notably in the front seven at the middle linebacker and defensive tackle positions. Teams that are weak up the middle tend to be easy prey for top NFL offenses. So improving both those spots will be a must.
Caleb Brantley gets overshadowed at times because his production was a bit hot and cold at Florida. However, his tape reflects a player with a strong core and explosive potential. It appears that he’s still unlocking just what he’s capable of. His physical potential as an interior pass rusher is massive in the right hands. The trick will be to coach up his technique and to get him motivated. Two things Jack Del Rio does well.
. DT.
