15. Indianapolis Colts

15. player. 46. The Indianapolis Colts can’t afford to mess around anymore. This team sorely needs help at all levels of the defense from the pass rush to the linebackers and secondary. That’s how poorly the roster was managed by previous GM Ryan Grigson. His replacement, Chris Ballard must be smart with how he goes about fixing this mess. Sometimes it may require some creativity, like adding a player who can help in multiple ways.
That is Haason Reddick. The Temple hybrid defender has been owning the predraft process. He dominated at the Senior Bowl as both a linebacker and pass rusher. Then he blew up the scouting combine with his explosiveness. Throw in some really good tape and this looks like a player who is going to excel in the pros. He’s hungry and driven, athletic and tough. All the qualities Ballard has sought since his time in Chicago and Kansas City.
. LB. Temple. Haason Reddick
