14. Philadelphia Eagles

Clemson. Mike Williams . 14. player. 54. It’s a good thing the Philadelphia Eagles won that coin toss at the combine because they need every advantage they can get if they’re going to improve their roster quickly around quarterback Carson Wentz. A major area they must focus on is wide receiver. The options Chip Kelly left behind, Jordan Matthews and Nelson Agholor are disappointments. It’s time to find a real weapon for their franchise signal caller.
How amazingly fortunate they are that Mike Williams, the top-rated target in the draft is still available. He looks every bit the part of a #1 receiver. Big, long, strong, able to win consistently on 50/50 throws and a reliable pair of hands. He’s not blazing fast but he understands how to get himself open. To top it off he has a clear sense of the moment, showing an unreal capacity for making big plays in big moments.
. WR
