5th Round

Ryan Glasgow . 147. player. 57. He’ll be knocked down boards because Ryan Glasgow just isn’t much of a pass rusher as a defensive lineman. He’s just a big, strong, tough, relentless competitor. He’ll hold the point of attack and set the edges against the run. That sounds like a great 3-4 defensive end. Given how poor the Bears have been at stopping the ground game, the addition of another like Glasgow certainly won’t hurt their odds of improving.. DL. Michigan

6th Round (via NYJ)

The quarterback position is the most important in all of pro sports. Chicago has ignored it too often over the past few years and it’s cost them. So why not really try to stockpile on young arms for once? They have the flexibility to take a chance on somebody like Chad Kelly. The Ole Miss signal caller has 1st round talent and is a competitor. He’s just not mature. Maybe a few year surrounding by guys like Kyle Long and Jordan Howard will help him grow up.. QB. Ole Miss. Chad Kelly . 191. player. 57

7th Round

57. All the people say the same thing about Sam Tevi. He’s big and has the desired foot quickness of an NFL tackle. The problem is he’s just too inconsistent with his fundamentals. Well part of the reason for that is he’s only been playing it for three years, having switched from defensive line in 2013. He’s still learning the position and it takes time, especially with something as intricate as offensive blocking. Put in the work and he could be a nice project.. OT. Utah. Sam Tevi . 221. player
