30. Pittsburgh Steelers

OLB. Wisconsin. T.J. Watt . 30. player. 55. The entire linebacker position is about to undergo a shift for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Three key guys are about to become free agents. Lawrence Timmons at inside linebacker along with Jarvis Jones and James Harrison at outside linebacker. Even if they all returned, it likely won’t solve their overall problem that showed up in the AFC championship. The pass rush just isn’t strong enough against top tier quarterbacks, and it’s been killing them for years.
T.J. Watt is every bit the type of player that Pittsburgh would fall in love with. Rough, tough, strong, hard-nosed and relentless. He may not be the premium athletic type but he makes up for that in sheer force of will. He’s got some burst to him off the edge and includes that trademark length the Watt family has become known for thanks to his brother J.J. Put across from Bud Dupree, that certainly looks like something the Steelers can work with.
