There are some intriguing physical specimens worth long-term investments though. Roderick Johnson is one such type. Big, athletic and long with plenty of starting experience. The amazing thing is he’s just 21-years old. He’s still in the developing phase, mentally and physically. If the Bears are willing to work with him and be patient, he has legitimate left tackle upside.
