47. It is truly frightening to think the New England Patriots are flush with cap space and could also corral more high draft picks via a Garoppolo trade. Odds are they’ll be in good shape to add a productive player on defense. Melvin Ingram is exactly their kind of move. Underrated and not overly pricey. Ingram has really started to emerge as a pass rusher the past few years, and his versatility to play both outside linebacker or defensive end will be magic in the Patriots system.. DE. Los Angeles. Melvin Ingram . 25. player

DT. Baltimore. Brandon Williams . 26. player. 59. What a steal for the Dolphins. The team knows they have a stud in Ndamukong Suh at defensive tackle but have struggled to find somebody they can put next to him. Somebody who can help boost the run defense that was so thoroughly exposed by Pittsburgh in the playoffs. Brandon Williams was a rock solid presence at nose tackle in Baltimore and understands how to shut down the middle from running backs. Him and Suh would be a nightmare for opposing offenses.

Dallas. Terrance Williams . 27. player. 16. Whether they keep Tyrod Taylor or go with somebody else, the Buffalo Bills have to do some tweaking at the wide receiver position. It seems they’ve focused a bit too much on fast but undersized receivers and it’s really not helping them in key situations. Finding somebody with a little more size would help matters. Terrance Williams played second fiddle to Dez Bryant in Dallas, but he brings some of that element as well.. WR

30. There will be no spending spree for the New York Jets in 2017. Their salary cap situation is a serious issue. The best they can hope for is to find a cheap alternative who might be able to provide a boost at key positions of need. Cornerback being a big one. Marcus Cooper made a quiet career comeback last season with 69 tackles and four interceptions with the Cardinals. He fits the 3-4 system New York runs and likely won’t be too expensive.. CB. Arizona. Marcus Cooper . 28. player
