OLB. Houston. John Simon . 17. player. 55. The Pittsburgh Steelers very rarely dabble in free agency, and when they do it’s limited to the extreme. This time though they may not have a choice as their linebacker position is about to get purged. John Simon could be just their type of move. He won’t command a big deal, fits their system well and proved he could be productive during his time in Houston. He’ll provide the team with versatility and some juice to their pass rush as well.

Los Angeles. Kenny Britt . 18. player. 26. GM Ozzie Newsome has made a long career out of taking chances on veteran wide receivers and getting solid productivity out of them when nobody else had any confidence it was possible. Steve Smith and Mike Wallace are just recent examples. Kenny Britt could be the latest. He represents something the Baltimore Ravens offense could really use and that’s size. His longer frame will present a welcome target for Joe Flacco, particularly in the red zone.. WR

56. Excellent drafting has allowed the Cincinnati Bengals to avoid spending in free agency the past few years, but after missing the playoffs for the first time since 2010 that time may have to be put on hold. The roster needs some retooling. One area they could stand to improve is safety. Somebody who can compliment George Iloka as a primary coverage guy. Duron Harmon showed plenty of flashes doing that for New England, and has the two rings to prove it.. S. New England. Duron Harmon . 19. player

53. It really helps to have by far the most money to spend than any other team. The Cleveland Browns should be able to pry even free agents who look like they don’t plan to change locations away from their previous teams. In significant need of pass rush help, the Browns lure standout Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul out of New York. He’ll make a great fit in the new system defensive coordinator Gregg Williams will be installing.. DE. New York. Jason Pierre-Paul . 20. player
