5. Tennessee Titans

Despite the injury setbacks, Marcus Mariota continues to make progress at quarterback for the Tennessee Titans. Another leap forward should be expected in 2017. His offensive line is young and beginning to gel. He has two big, bruising running backs. The only area left to deal with is the wide receivers. Rishad Matthews and Tajae Sharpe appear to be quality pieces but this offense still lacks a #1 target who can bring it all together.
Mike Williams cemented his status as the best in the 2017 class with his outstanding performance in the national championship against Alabama. Without his huge catches down the stretch, there is no way Clemson wins that game. His mixture of size, explosive and strong hands makes him so hard to cover even when the defensive back has him blanketed. Put him in a better scheme to help him get open and it gets better.
. WR.
