A big one being that most of the options aren’t ready to start immediately. As is the case with the 2017 class. Mitch Trubisky might be the best all-around option thanks to his size, arm strength, accuracy and poise within the pocket. That said he only started 13 games at North Carolina. He’s just not prepare for the jump to NFL speeds. <p>How perfect then that he’s able to land with the New Orleans Saints. Drew Brees remains the entrenched starter after another excellent season, but as he approaches the age of 40, his time is running out. The Saints have quietly searched for his potential successor the past few years. This represented their biggest opportunity to date.
