When it’s all said and done he will go down as the best ever in this department. So it’s probably not wise to give him extra opportunities at bringing in players with exceptional skill. Not since he found Malcolm Butler off the street a couple years ago. Yet that seems to have happened again. <p>Jabrill Peppers is nowhere near a finished product. He plays the run well and is a good blitzer from the safety position, but he’s still trying to find his way from a coverage perspective. He’s one of the best athletes in the class and also an exceptional return man. This kind of versatility is something the Patriots have thrived on for almost two decades.
