#7:  Chad Kelly (Ole Miss)

When it comes to physical ability, Chad Kelly would normally rank near the top of the list. He’s got solid size and arguably the best arm in the class. Not only can he throw hard and long distances, but he can put it on a receiver 50 yards away on a rope. He’s hit some passes that seemed to defy the laws of physics. Combined with athleticism, a gritty mentality and being the nephew of Hall of Famer Jim Kelly he has a ton going for him.

How then can he be ranked so low? The classics:  injuries and off-the-field concerns. Kelly has already been caught a number of times on camera doing less than ideal things. One time he charged the field of a high school football game that had broken out in a scuffle. Another time it appeared he was at a party smoking marijuana. This after he was dismissed from Clemson for conduct detrimental to the team. Combined with a torn ACL and meniscus he suffered this year, it will take a lot to gain the confidence of teams that he’s not a classic bust-in-waiting.
