Thanks to the Los Angeles Rams trading for quarterback Jared Goff last year, the Titans possess a top five pick as you can see. Here, they grab a talented corner that is considered the best in the class by some prognosticators. Tabor brings quality size (6-1, 205 lbs) along with athleticism and enough confidence for two players. Tabor also has sharp footwork and the ability to change direction when needed.

He maintains the ability to play and be effective in press-man coverage as well as off-man coverage. Tennessee needs versatility out of their corners? They will receive that out of Tabor who can also line up in the slot periodically. In the past two seasons, Tabor has eight interceptions with three returned for touchdowns. So he has the ball skills along with the capability to turn them into points as a playmaker.

The Titans have a need at corner with current starters Jason McCourty and Brice McCain near the age of 30. Backup corner Antwon Blake is set to be a free agent this offseason. With receivers such as Jacksonville’s Allen Robinson, Houston’s DeAndre Hopkins, and Indianapolis’s T.Y. Hilton, a #1 corner that can matchup is drastically needed.
