2nd Round (via TEN)

3. player. 57. Much of the explosion left the Bears offense in 2016 when tight end Zach Miller went on injured reserved with his bad foot. The position was already thin before he went down, and now it’s barren. Dowell Loggains showed a certain love for using tight ends in the passing game. Not being able to has limited what few options he had to begin with. Given the strength of this particular class, it would be stunning if they didn’t invest in a tight end at some point.
Jordan Leggett is exactly what their searching for. The 6’5″ kid from Clemson is a big athlete with basketball type skills. He can run well with enough speed to create separation and has reliable hands. Whenever Deshaun Watson has needed a big catch, Leggett always seems to be there to make it. Maybe not flashy, but he’s a weapon who can make things happen and ease the pressure on the receivers.
. TE. Clemson. Jordan Leggett
