Saints fans are wondering if I’m nuts, no I am not. I get that the Saints have Kenny Vaccaro, trust me, he is safe at his position, but I just think Jairus Byrd will not survive the cut. Vonn Bell is a better slot corner, and he could fill in at the opposite corner spot from Delvin Breaux. I just think the secondary needs to be invested in. <p>There should be no fan disappointed with Jamal Adams going to their hometown team, especially when he’s from the same area. Jamal Adams is a lanky safety with unbelievable cover skills, and can make a break for the ball effortesly.</p> <p>No, I don’t think that the Saints need to invest in another quarterback, stack the box with what you already have, and give Drew Brees more options. That includes making your defense respectable, just so that Brees doesn’t have to try to put up unbelievable numbers that an MVP would have to do. I love that they have drafted defense heavy the last couple of years, doesn’t mean you stop drafting defense.</p> <p>Pro comparison: Malcolm Jenkins – Philadelphia Eagles</p>. Free Safety.
