42. Does anyone remember the hype coming into the season about Myles Garrett? I sure do. Then he plays against a very pour offensive line for Texas-San Antonio, he suddenly delivers the performance of his life: 4.5 sacks. That’s a stat line that is typical for most college players in a season, but that’s just one game for Garrett.
That’s the effort that the 49ers really need on the defensive line, since Justin Smith and Aldon Smith left just a few seasons ago, and Arik Armstead and DeForest Buckner can’t stay on the same field.

The problems go beyond the defensive line, where I saw the 49ers stuffed the Cardinals, but they really need some help on the offensive line and the most important position on the field, quarterback. Go best player available in my opinion. Colin Kaepernick is a capable quarterback under Chip Kelly (if he stays), although, I wouldn’t depend on Kaep. Garrett is the best player available, go with him.

Pro comparison: Jadeveon Clowney – Houston Texans
. Defensive End. Texas A&M. Myles Garrett. 2. player
