3. Jacksonville Jaguars

When in doubt, the best thing to do is what a man does best. Gus Bradley may not be the head coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2017, but if he is then he needs to accept reality. The best chance he has to finally get this team winning is by sticking close to his side of the ball. Bradley is a defensive specialist so going after the best possible defender on the board to bolster an already loaded group. This draft is heavy on the linemen so it’s an easy decision.
Jonathan Allen isn’t flashy. He’s just good. Very good. There are many top tier defenders on that Alabama defense but he’s the best of the bunch. A defensive end who mixes size and power with sneaky quickness and explosion. He’s stout against the run and often forces offenses to double team him, freeing up teammates to get single blocked and sacked. He can play on the edge or in the middle. On top of that he’d bring an expectation of winning with him.
. DE. Alabama. Jonathan Allen . 3. player. 52
