Every Saturday college football tends to deliver a handful of pretty remarkable plays, but nothing quite like what just happened between Texas and Texas Tech.

Locked in a tight ball game midway through the 2nd quarter, the Longhorns were riding their powerful rushing attack towards another potential score. D’Onta Foreman, their lead running back was giving the Red Raiders defense fits to that point. On a 3rd and goal from the 24-yard line though, it seemed like the last place he’d be getting the football. Sure enough though he did.

What followed was the wackiest sequence the fans in attendance, watching at home and indeed across the rest of the NCAA might ever see on a football field.

There is no doctoring of this video. Foreman looked like he was about to complete the most improbable and impressive touchdown run of the year when out of nowhere Texas Tech defensive back Douglas Coleman stripped him of the football just before he crossed the goal line. He then proceeded to run it 100 yards for touchdown, creating 14-point swing in the space of seconds. It doesn’t get much more unbelievable than this.
