3. Chicago Bears

57. It was an encouraging sign for the Chicago Bears that their 1st round pick Leonard Floyd had such an excellent game in Green Bay. His emergence as a pass rusher for them is huge for the future of their defense. With that said there are still plenty of question marks. Pernell McPhee just got back from a lengthy rehab on his injured knee. Willie Young will be 32-years old in 2017. The Bears are obligated to stockpile good rushers at every opportunity, so this pick is a no brainer. <p>Myles Garrett is not just the best edge rusher in this draft class. Most believe he’s the best player overall. A once-in-a-generation caliber talent. Indeed the young man has so many gifts. He has the size of a classic 4-3 defensive end and the power to go with it. Yet his athleticism and quickness jump off the screen. Not a single person would doubt he could easily make the switch to 3-4 outside linebacker.
