Tom Brady has returned, and the internet is appropriately celebrating the return of a legend. ESPN and The Kicker spoofed Star Wars and the return of Tom Brady

There has been an awakening. Have you felt it?

A combination of football and Star Wars is always a great one, unless Hayden Christensen is involved. While the Deflategate saga (thankfully) did not stretch out as long as the Star Wars universe (although it has felt like it), fans are using the event as a form of celebration through the power of the internet.

First they used the above scene from The Force Awakens, showing Belichick finding the abandoned Brady and handing him a football.

The most recent adaptation is from an oldie, but always a goodie. The Return of the Jedi is the perfect title for Brady’s return from Deflategate, and The Kicker took an iconic scene from the movie’s opening to reflect this historic event.

Patriots owner Robert Kraft reportedly left this note in Brady’s locker prior to Sundays game against Cleveland. “You are the Chosen One. You have brought balance to this world. Stay on this path and you will do it again… for the galaxy. But beware… your heart…
